Review: Patchwork by Fiona McCready

Patchwork - Fiona McCready

I was very lucky to receive this book from the author via a giveaway, and my star rating is 4.5 out of 5.
It's difficult to place this book into a single genre as it encompasses a bit of romance, some wonderful descriptive writing on the local Greek area, some mystery and lots of humour. The main characters of Anna and Sophie are well written and endearing, and Giorgio and his dysfunctional extended family are fantastic Greek players alongside the English women. This is easy to read and held my interest throughout, it's a quality page turner that I'd recommend to everyone who fancies a light hearted look at life with equal amounts of sadness and happiness.
So pleased I got the chance to experience this author's work.
