I received an eBook copy of Low Back Pain Program from the author via tomoson, in return for an honest review.
I have suffered from low back pain for a number of years, managed with a combination of chiropractic care, pain relief and exercise, so feel I'm a good candidate for evaluating this book.
Sherwin Nicholson's approach is open and user friendly, and the introductory chapters are well written. The exercises and accompanying photos are clear and easy to follow, particularly when viewed on a larger screen such as a laptop. There seems to be little chance of misinterpreting the instructions and getting the exercises wrong, but would always err on the side of caution here.
I feel this book could be a great tool for those with low back pain who wish to do something themselves to alleviate their condition.
